I’m currently looking for an experienced Corporate Actions specialist for this newly formed role in my clients well established team.

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• The processing and management of corporate actions and income events impacting their clients
• The accurate interpretation and summary of formal corporate event documents and their options
• Accurately processing cash and stock movements resulting from a corporate action or dividend

To be successful in this role you must have demonstratable corporate actions experience.
