Job description

Well Established National Organisation is seeking experienced Credit and Billing Coordinator to join their small friendly team. Your main responsibilities will be to attend to any queries and manage the administrative tasks within the Accounts Receivable Field

Key responsibilities:

  • High Volume Data Entry
  • Auditing of Accounts
  • Payroll Assistance
  • Dealing with Inbound Query of Invoices

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Strong commitment to the efficient and effective delivery of administrative tasks
  • Accounts Receivable or Credit Control Exposure
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • SAP Experience (Desirable)
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Reliable and Punctual Record
  • Top written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

The role will be full time hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Immediate start based in the city centre
