You will be naturally caring and considerate to others needs, perform well under pressure and support customers with sincere empathy and patience.

With a background in a portfolio-based collections role, you will exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage a busy customer portfolio of up to 400 customers. In this positive outcomes-based role, it is your job to display empathy in working with customers when "life happens' affecting a person's capacity to manage their loan. It is imperative that you understand the importance of your role as working alongside your customers through this journey.

You will understand consumer finance and associated legislation with a minimum of three years' experience. Further to this you will have the communication and active listening skills to be able to effectively identify and manage customers in arrears in a way that meets customer expectation and is in line with this financial organisations policies and guidelines.
