Our client’s busy corporate team are urgently seeking additional support for the new year. They are seeking Credit Controller with corporate experience and exposure to a large ledger for 2- 3 years. You will enjoy working with successful organisation with its down to earth team and supportive management.

In this role, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Working on a delegated ledger and creating accurate and timely billings
  • Dealing with customers for payments
  • Responding to inbound calls and emails
  • Issue overdue letters
  • Ensure collections and bad debts
  • Solving tricky billings and credit issues

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Previous Credit Control/Collections experience
  • Be a clear and confident communicator
  • Have strong MS Office and data entry skills
  • Have good negotiation skills
  • Have a resilient nature
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Be able to manage a high volume of work
  • Must be available to start immediately
