Job description

Our client is a very well-established organisation and are urgently seeking additional support to go through their peak workflow season. You will be joining a busy corporate team environment with a down to earth team and a supportive team leader. You will be an experienced Credit Controller or a Collections Officer with corporate experience and exposure to a large ledger.

In this role you will be:

  • Working on a delegated ledger assigned to you
  • Negotiating payment terms with the clients in a manner that upholds the company values
  • Solving tricky billings and credit issues
  • Supporting with some AR and skip trace tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Credit Control or Collections experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Be a clear and confident communicator
  • Have a resilient nature
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Be able to manage a high volume of work
  • Must be available to start immediately
