Your background

• Proven experience in credit control (NOT call centre-based debt collection)
• Ability to tailor your approach depending on the client
• Not afraid to pick up the phone
• Experience using MS Dynamics/Great Plains would be advantageous
• You will hold a NZ Permanent Resident visa or NZ Citizenship

About the role

• Sending invoices to clients
• Running regular reports on the debtor ledger
• Following up on outstanding invoices
• Maintaining >95% collection each month
• Assisting the broader finance team in busy periods, be cross-trained in AP/AR/reconciliations/payroll
