Credit Control and Billings Coordinator


Job description

This centrally based corporate client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy team. In this role, you will be doing business to business credit control and you will need to have excellent relationship building skills.

In this role, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Working on accounts and creating accurate and timely billings
  • Ensure collections and bad debts
  • Solving tricky billings and credit issues
  • Dealing with clients for payments
  • Responding to inbound calls and emails
  • Issuing overdue letters

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Previous Credit Control/Collections experience
  • Be a clear and confident communicator
  • Have strong MS Office and data entry skills
  • Have good negotiation skills
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Be able to manage a high volume of work
  • Must be available to start immediately

This is a fantastic opportunity for an intro to a large, successful organisation. It is initially for a 9 month cover but may extend for longer periods, hence the right candidate must have a minimum 1 year or more on their visa.
