Job description
A national leader in their industry, our client is looking for a self-motivated administrator to join their busy accounts team!
The role involves
- Evaluating, analysing, and prioritising data in various forms and formats across multiple systems
- Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices
- Updating all systems and spreadsheet with detailed notes relative to each query and investigation

- Mount Wellington location
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Pay rate between $22 - $24 dependent on experience
The successful applicant will have
- Excellent analytical and research abilities
- Accounts Receivable / Credit Control experience
- The ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining an excellent eye for detail
- Be self-motivated, pro-active, and a team player
- Excellent time management
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems)
