Due to an internal change, we are seeking a new Country Finance Manager to lead and drive our organisation through our continuous growth.

Reporting to our Regional APAC CFO, this role will lead and mentor the NZ finance team whilst fostering a high performance culture. You will align closely with our Senior Leadership team and provide direction and leadership across the wider business, also responsible for delivery of all management and financial reporting to The Adecco Group Head Office in Zurich for our local business in New Zealand.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Experience in and understanding of financial modelling
• Statutory financial reporting and tax experience
• A strong internal and external customer focus
• An ability to challenge the status quo and look for smarter ways to get things done
• Demonstrated leadership skills within a senior position
• CPA or CA certification paired with solid hands-on experience

  This is an all-encompassing position that will see you working at the highest levels, yet also requires the ability to 'roll up your sleeves' and be in the detail. You will be a strong team player amongst the finance team and happy to pitch in to ensure all stakeholder requirements are met.
