Job description

Our client is Tauranga based and is looking for an experienced administrator to assist with operations, health and safety and accounts.

This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Successful candidates will showcase a strong administration background with advancded excel skills, intermediate microsoft office capabilities and Level 1 First Aid.

Key Tasks

Operations Support

  • Ensure timely and professional respsonses to and from internal and external customers
  • Preparation of quotes for contract and commercial work
  • Support staff with IT issues and provide basic training as required
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Assistance with inductions for new starters

    Health and Safety

    • Preparing monthly H&S agenda and minutes
    • Ensure H&S compliance is kept up to date
    • Responsibilty for all site staff having appropriate PPE

      Financial and Other

      • Ensure all financial information, purchase orders and allocated and jobs and closed and invoiced
      • Help to ensure all P&L statements are completed accurately & timely.
