The Contracts Administrator role would suit someone who understands general administration duties- Scanning, filing, data entry, reporting and generating purchase order numbers.

The company is currently doing very well and is filled with intelligent individuals who are very passionate about what they do. Having a proactive attitude will allow you to excel in this role. The ideal candidate would be someone who is professional but also comfortable in a civil construction environment.

The payrate ranges based on experience, from $20 - 25 an hour.

This role is a Monday to Friday position and hours of work are 8am - 5pm. This an ongoing position that could become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Below is the minimum requirements to apply for these roles:

  • 1+ years administration experience
  • Competency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Own reliable transport to & from work
  • Clean criminal record, some driving charges are ok
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Supply 2 recent work related references
