Our highly regarded health services client is currently looking to engage an experienced Instructional Designer to join their fast-paced Auckland based team to assist with a number of e-learning projects.

The client requires an individual who is a good listener, interpreter and storyteller. You will be able to extract information from subject matter experts and structure your content in a way that makes it easy to learn yet keeping creativity at the forefront of the design. 
Your background will include exposure to the following areas:

• Demonstrated experience working as an Instructional Designer 
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Demonstrated ability to liaise at a high level with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communicator with high-level analytical, influencing & organisational skills
• Proficiency in authoring tools
• Expert MS Word skills
• Strong computer skills – MS Office
