Job description

  • Start date of Tuesday 25th of June (non-negotiable)
  • 4- 6-month Temporary Assignment
  • Competitive rate of $24.00 an hour

About the role:

Your day will include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, dealing with orders and general inquiries, correspondence with wholesalers and internal stakeholders, data entry, contract writing and related contract queries.

The beauty of this role is the wide variety of tasks involved, meaning every day you will be doing something different! You’ll be working alongside existing customer service departments to ensure the smooth sailing of a new project. Problem solving and quick thinking will help you be an administration superstar in this role.

The team is beyond busy as the work continues to flow in, your ability to handle the pressure of high volumes in a professional manner will be beneficial. We are looking for candidates with:

  • Amazing communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Previous customer service experience is necessary
  • System savvy, with great data entry ability
  • A can-do attitude is compulsory
