Contact Centre Team Leader

- $65k - $70k depending on experience
This role offers the chance for an experienced Team Leader to successfully lead and motivate a team of CSR’s to achieve wider business goals.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience as a Team Leader in a Call Centre or Sales environment
- Be able to lead and inspire a team
- Induct new starters
- Manage monthly reviews and KPI’s for CSR’s
- Be happy to get stuck in and jump on the phones as and when required
- Have exceptional time management skills
- Make suggestions as and when appropriate to improve day to day business operations
- Pick up new systems quickly
