Contact Centre Team Leader

This role offers the chance for an experienced Team Leader to successfully lead and motivate a team of CSR’s to achieve wider business goals.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience as a Team Leader in a Call Centre or Sales environment
  • Be able to lead and inspire a team
  • Induct new starters
  • Manage monthly reviews and KPI’s for CSR’s
  • Be happy to get stuck in and jump on the phones as and when required
  • Have exceptional time management skills
  • Make suggestions as and when appropriate to improve day to day business operations
  • Pick up new systems quickly
