Contact Centre Administrator

We are seeking a Customer Service guru to join a fun and exciting new role for one of our National Clients near the Mount. This is a Full-Time position that will start on a 2-month Trial period.

Ideally an individual that is available immediately, comes from a Customer service and administration background that has good geographical knowledge on the Central North Island, particularly the Bay of Plenty region.

This is a diverse role, you will be responsible for customer service, taking inbound calls, liaising with technicians, dispatching and general admin duties.

Requirement for this position:

  • Available Immediately
    • Proven NZ experience in similar roles/industries
      • Reliable and keen to work
        • Own transport
          • Geographical knowledge
            • Eligibility to work in NZ (ideally long-term)
