What's the job -:

• Machinery operations for residential site works (excavator, roller, loader, tipper, etc.)
• Working from plans to prepare for residential drainage
• Operating telehandler on large-scale residential developments
• Working from plans to prepare and construct hard-landscaping features (retaining walls, etc.)

  What do you need -:

  • Class 4 truck licence
  • Wheels, tracks, rollers endorsements
  • Forklift endorsement
  • Evidence of previous experience with machinery operation on residential site works
  • Evidence of experience operating telehandler in tight/steep access sites
  • Two solid references from previous employers
