Construction Foreman

Our well established, trusted client has experienced exponential growth and they are looking for leading hands / foreman to assist in the running of their teams. The company prides itself on quality of work and they take on the responsibility of housing projects from the initial land development through to handing over the keys to high quality homes. This progressive company is also looking to the future in passive house construction for the environmentally conscious clients.

The role:

Working within a larger team you will lead and take ownership of a small team between 3-5 people building high quality custom homes to the given specifications.

• Training and mentoring of apprentices
• Ability to understand and direct team based on given plans
• Good record keeping and writing skills
• Quality workmanship and a strong work ethic
• Good problem solving and ability to work to targets
