Construction Administrator Superstar Wanted!!

My client is seeking an experienced bubbly and energetic Administrator to join their busy team based in Te Rapa.

To be considered for this role you must be computer savvy, proficient and experienced with PowerPoint and Microsoft excel (is a must).

About the role:

  • Monday to Friday 30hrs per week (must be willing to do OT when required)
  • Hourly rate $22ph
  • Assist with collating and distribution of subcontractor tenders
  • Manage the incoming and outgoing documents for the duration of the tender ensuring everything is sent out efficiently to tenderers
  • Produce a professional tender submission ensuring a professional and punctual standard is maintained
  • Send out acceptance packages and unsuccessful letters to sub-contractors

    The successful applicant:

    • Experienced with PowerPoint and Microsoft excel is a must
    • Can do attitude and is able to work under pressure
    • Willingness to learn
    • Is able to work 30hrs per week and OT when required
    • Able to adapt and work Autonomously
