Our Client is a leading manufacturer in concrete and concrete products. For almost 100 years they have been supplying concrete to a multitude of industries including but not limited to; construction, infrastructure, commercial projects and residential builds.

The role:

We are recruiting for a number of Concrete Truck Drivers. The role requires the successful candidate to have experience operating a Road ranger gearbox. Our client is open to working with someone from Levin or Palmerston North as you can work from either site. The position will see the successful candidate delivering product to a number of clients throughout the Manawatu and you will help to assist on new, exciting projects in the coming months!

Responsibilities:

Transporting concrete to various sites throughout the Manawatu

Operating hand-held unit to pour concrete

Maintaining cleanliness standards of trucks

Skills and attributes:

You will need a minimum of a full Class 4 licence and have truck driving experience. Concrete truck driving experience would be preferred but is not required.

Health and safety conscious on site and the road, ensuring the safety of yourself and other road users/yardman.

Days & Hours:

These positions are Monday-Saturday and the working hours are 6am-4pm (Saturdays are a half day)
Depending on the role this position is temporary/full-time with the opportunity to extend to a permanent position for the right candidate.
