Our client is a market leader in providing technology based products comprising hardware, firmware and software to the finance sector. They are true innovators, and currently in a stage of hyper growth, where they are embarking on their next generation of product development to ensure they maintain their market position at the very forefront of technology and innovation.

They currently seek to appoint a Compliance & Security Manager to ensure that the company’s products meet and maintain certification against local and global Standards for Compliance & Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the company’s compliance, security & regulatory strategy
  • Ensure new and existing products meet and maintain certification for local & global standards
  • Manage the end-to-end program for all certifications
  • Oversee all product security requirements and programs 
  • Liaise with all relevant certification bodies and auditors
  • Create and maintain effective compliance environments
  • Manage all certification issues, fault resolution and analysis
  • Ensure all stakeholders are trained in all compliance, security & regulatory requirements
  • Develop & maintain effective working relationships with all internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensure all required documentation and records are appropriately maintained

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Knowledge around ‘payments’ compliance
  • Proven experience of compliance testing, process & auditing 
  • Understanding of EMV and PCI-DSS
  • Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels (Internal & External) 
  • Ability to manage complex and detailed situations
