Compactor Maintenance Tradesperson

South Auckland Based

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance person to join this friendly team based in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective conduct of inspection, servicing and repairing of all the company's compactors, containers and associated equipment's to ensure maximum operational availability.

We are looking for an individual who will need to drive a positive safety culture, and lead by example.

To be successful in our role you will need to have:

• Trade qualified in Fabricating, Fitting, and or Welding
• Qualified in welding to AS/NZS 2980
• Experience in hydraulic systems diagnosis and maintenance
• Experience in electric / electronic systems fault diagnosis - desirable
• Experience with computerised Maintenance Management Systems (MMS)
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Current clean NZ Drivers Licence - Class 4 desirable
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
