We are looking for someone with a communications and customer and stakeholder engagement skillset. You will be proactive, be fast on the uptake, self motivated and used to working in a multi project programme environment with change components. You will have strong attention to detail, be delivery focussed, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment where project sits alongside core activity and this needs to be managed with skill and understanding. You will, of course, have outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
Experience in the customer service industry would be advantageous for this role. Knowledge of customer feedback processes and the ability to use that to improve services and customer satisfaction would be useful.
