Job description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager based in Auckland, CBD to manage their portfolio of properties.

You will be building relationships with contractors, tenants and landlords, looking after the general property, office and administrative duties including processing invoices, along with other duties as required.

You will also be responsible for the general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants as well as budgeting and operating expense reconciliations for properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either residential or commercial property management and have exceptional relationship building skills.

You will also need to be an organised individual who can work within a team as well as autonomously, have the ability to multi task and you will need to be flexible and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
