Our Client is a flexible and innovative commercial consultancy, providing specialist support to organisations looking to improve their processes, performance or technology. Our Client works primarily in support of research institutions in need of commercial management, local and central government in need of project development and delivery, and private organisations looking to assess investment in new technologies.
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Project Manager, you will perform key commercial functions in the successful delivery of multiple projects. You will work on a range of activities, in support of the companies Director.
The role is varied and will suit someone who is entrepreneurial in nature. The role may seem unstructured, as the organisation is active in a number of sectors concurrently, and the right candidate will thrive in this environment. The role will provide extensive opportunity to take initiative and influence outcomes.
The role will see the successful candidate performing a range of project management activities - developing reporting dashboards, monitoring project plans, communicating needs and risks to the project team etc. In addition, the role will be involved in a range of commercialisation and product development aspects - market investigation, sizing, financial assessment etc.
