This role is a great opportunity to assist in the development, implementation, management and monitoring of commercial procurement and contract mangement processes, systems, tools, reports and policy that allow this strong Kiwi company to procure and delivery a high quality of commercial services.

You will mainly be in charge of the adminsitrative support with their existing Contract Management System. While they are bringing in a new system, you will be instrumental in the implementation of this system and the transfering from the old to the new.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • An understanding of commercial procurement analytics
  • Experience in using SharePoint and or similar CMS
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong excel skills would be a great bonus
  • Solid stakeholder relationship skills
  • Clear communication skills
