Our client is a key player in the Billboard Media sector and they currently seek to employ a Commercial Manager to oversee the contracts of their inventory nationally.

A key part of the role is to manage the company’s inventory nationwide, and leading the contract negotiations for new and renewal contracts and ensuring that all legal and company obligations are adhered to.

Key responsibilities:

• Inventory management – nationally
• Contract negotiation and expiration management
• Inventory repairs & maintenance process management
• Liaison with Councils, Landowners, Engineers & Contractors
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Commercial & Operational weekly reporting

Skills & experience required:

• Experience in commercial, property or asset management
• Proven commercial & financial acumen
• Knowledge of local bylaws regarding Out Of Home Advertising – would be an advantage
•  Sound MS Office skills
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
