My high-profile client is a commercial business of significant scale that is currently experiencing exceptional organisational growth, and expansion having won several significant tenders across Auckland. Due, to this growth they are looking at a Contract commercial Analyst to join their finance team. Based in Penrose, reporting to the Financial Controller you would be responsible for commercial analysis and providing them with easy to understand reports and dash boards.

You wold be performing data analysis, preparing monthly reports, monitoring and measuring the actual vs budgeted costs. This is an awesome opportunity for you to create these reports in new easy to read format.  

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate reports to key customers.
• Develop standardised and easy to use tools for financial modelling and analytics; collaborate with the Finance team and other stakeholders
• Collection of data from the construction sites, monitor them and analyse them
• Provide analysis of labour, Contractor and other costs
• Reporting and Analysis

Key Requirements:

• Advanced in Excel
• Prior experience in creating templates, presenting data and creating dashboards
• Monthly reporting and pricing analysis experience
• Strong data accuracy & high attention to detail
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

This is a long-term contract role up to 8 months with some one available immediately.
