• Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (no shift work, no weekends)
• 2-3 month temp contract opportunity plus permanent roles available
• Asap start
• Inbound an outbound calling
• Managing a portfolio of up to 300 customers
• Dealing with loans that are up to 180 days overdue
• Resolving and reducing arrears
• Providing high quality customer service
