You’ll already have experience supporting businesses, ideally in the technology field, but what’s most important is your ability to pick up new information quickly — and of course, that new tech obsession. As an early adopter, you’ll have a natural curiosity about new systems and products, imbuing your clients with your knowledge and enthusiasm as you implement and provide on-going support for new webcast solutions. Here, your ability to confidently build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholder will ensure you deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

You’re probably degree qualified and can tell us stories of how your organisational skills, adaptability and solutions focus has made a difference to clients. A confident communicator and trouble-shooter, you’ll relish working under pressure and take pride in seeing every task through to a successful conclusion.
