As a Client Manager at Beyond Recruitment, you’ll be partnering closely with our customers to advise them on recruitment strategy and delivering successful outcomes through various candidate sourcing channels.  This opportunity would see you inherit some genuinely warm accounts with established relationships across government and private sector customers, so if you’re strong on delivery this could be a perfect match.

You’ll be focusing on all facets and levels of IT & Transformation, so this will ideally be an area you have experience within or are highly motivated to learn.  Current recruitment experience would be extremely beneficial, but not essential.  In this role, you’ll be well supported by highly experienced colleagues and learn the art of recruitment.

You’ll need the aptitude to work quickly while still being detail orientated and juggling multiple projects at any given time. We’d want you to show your natural inquisitiveness, motivation to succeed and, overall, become an integral part of the team.
