We have a client seeking multiple Class 2 Drivers to assist with chip sealing projects around the South Island.

This role will require you to assist with labouring and operating within a chip sealing crew.

You will be required to work long hours and travel away from home for weeks at a time. If you are looking for long hours, and consistent work for some time then this is the role for you.

The suitable candidate will have experience in this industry and have their full class 2 driver's licence at a minimum.

  Job Specifics:

  • Class 2 Driving
  • Civil labouring: laying out paper, rolling the seal, brooming excess chip and general plant maintenance
  • Traffic control set up and pack down
  • If WTR endorsed, you'll assist with operating machinery
