Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months previous experience driving tucks and heavy machinery but if you're just starting out, an excellent attitude and reliability will make you stand out from the rest. These aren't ordinary 8 hour days and working as part of a team, there will be times when helping the guys and girls on the ground will be expected.

You'll enjoy working with a high performing bunch of people so you'll need to be a team player, not a solo super star. It's not a simple 9 to 5 role and the work is varied which will keep you from getting bored.
