Our client, a NZ owned insurance broker, are looking for their next stand out Claims Associate to join their Claims team. Your eye for detail, unparalleled customer service and an ability to quickly pick up and convey complex information will make you the perfect fit for this role.
This role will see you taking phone calls and assisting people from all walks of life in a proactive and professional manner. Provide detailed information around policies and assess a variety of claim enquiries; keeping calm under pressure during periods of high risk i.e hail and flood. We are looking for an individual that champion's exceptional Customer Service and who puts their clients and customers at the heart of everything they do.
