Calling All Civil Labourers and Operators!
Our valued clients are in high demand for skilled civil workers on a variety of projects. We have opportunities across the Bay of Plenty, encompassing diverse projects such as road construction, drainage systems and commercial and residential developments.
We are actively seeking individuals to fill roles as civil labourers, Class 4 and 5 drivers, and machine operators, including those experienced with diggers, rollers, loaders, and dump trucks.
No prior experience is necessary for labourer positions, just a strong willingness to roll up your sleeves and work diligently, rain or shine!
Compensation rates will be commensurate with your experience level, with labourers earning a competitive starting rate of $24.50 per hour and machine operators and drivers ranging from $28 to $35 per hour.
To excel in these roles, you should possess the following:
* Eagerness to learn and a passion for working outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
* Physical fitness and a readiness to wield a shovel when required
* WTR endorsements for machine operators
* For drivers, prior experience with road ranger gearboxes is highly desirable
* A drug-free status and the ability to pass a pre-employment test
