The company
Our client is an award-winning family owned company. Their vision is to be NZ's leading provider of civil, drainage and contracting services. They have been operating for over 25 years and over this time have built lasting industry across a wide range of industry players.

The role
As a Civil Estimator for our client, you will be reporting to the General Manager. The level of experience for this role is flexible, however you MUST come with experience in the civil/drainage industry. Other key requirements and responsibilities include:

  • Professional open communication
  • Marketing experience/knowledge would be of benefit
  • Confident with variations
  • Pricing and procurement
  • Demonstrate confidence on site
  • Scope and measure
  • Have understanding of ISO certifications
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Experience in pricing civil projects up to $6m will be a bonus
  • Ability to work autonomously and take control of your responsibilities
  • Knowledge or experience with estimating programme "benchmark" would be advantageous

    Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their prior experience in the civil industry, and have examples of working with some, or all, of the above requirements. You will be a positive team player, results driven and really pride yourself on providing the best customer experience. As they are requiring someone asap for this position you must be a NZ resident to be considered for this role.
