What are we looking for?

• Physically fit Operators and Drivers that are willing to get stuck in with a shovel as well
• Have proven experience as an operator (or holds tickets with a willingness to start at the bottom)
• People who are prepared to work within a team - Rome wasn't built in a day and neither were state highways, kerbing, channelling or footpaths
• Labourers who have a proven track record for reliability
• People that will actually embrace carrying out traffic control duties when required
• People who are not going to call in sick when it rains
• People who will and continue to pass drug screens

  What do we actually need:-

  • Digger Operators
  • Excavators
  • Grader Operators
  • Roller Operators
  • Class 2 / 4 Drivers (6 wheelers with road ranger gearboxes)
  • General labourers with Class 1 licences (will consider restricted if close to obtaining class 1)
