Our client is a well respected nationwide company. They are looking for motivated people who want to kickstart a career in chipsealing and surface dressing around the Bay of Plenty. You will be able to grow your skills and learn a variety of roles - including roller, run chip onto the ground, tractor broom as well as labouring. This is a physically demanding role.

Some experience would be an advantage but full training will be provided.

There will be stay away work - usually around Feb/ March and some night work in January.

To be considered :

• Have a full clean licence and reliable transport - bonus WTR endorsements and Class 2/4
• Can pass a pre-employment drug test
• Be physically fit and injury free ( physical work will be required)
• Happy to get your hands dirty
• A positive and flexible attitude
• Happy to do away work - up to 2 weeks max - but home in the weekends
• Be available for an immediate start
