This is a major programme of work, currently heading into 'Phase 2', making this requirement urgent!

As the Change Manager / Lead, you'll be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for change management work streams
• Outputs and staff including:
• Training
• Communication
• Implementation planning and activities
• Transition planning and activities
• BAU handover.
