Job description

Our client is seeking a Change Manager - they are looking at a duration of potentially 3 – 6 months and are open to candidates who have flexibility to work with the peaks and troughs of the project (part-time work when required)!

The role will be focussed on the initial project of G – Suite, responsible for all change management activities around this. They'll then look to utilise this Change Manager on other strategic initiaves and digital peices of work within their organisation.

Develop a people centred change strategy that includes:

  • Critical analysis of the impact of the change on people, groups and systems (dimensions of people change) that enable our people to successfully carry out their roles
  • Identifying impact of individual, group and system responses to the change, including and how the business will need to manage them - such as the role and responsibilities of leaders to support the change
  • Particular strategies for addressing and acknowledging the discomfort/challenges of reluctant adopters
  • Recommendations for a project communications framework that delivers a tailored and responsive approach to communicating the technical, project and people change holistically and coherently.
  • Recommendations to support integration of technical and people change readiness assessments to enables the business to make informed go/no go decisions.
  • Integration of elements of people change strategy into planning and activity across the project
  • Developing and implementing an implementation plan to deliver on the recommended strategy including the creation, implementation and maintenance of the change framework.
