Job description

Our client in the government sector is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their exisitng change team for a contract to start in May till June 2020!

You will lead a small team to plan, manage, deliver and measure change activities for releases.

As the Change Manager you will be working closely with the change leadership team which includes Training and User Support, and Communications leads, and you will lead/co-lead a pool of Change Analysts alongside the Change Manager – Customer.

To succeed in this role you will need to be well versed in all aspects of change management - including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, change leadership and people readiness.

You will also have adept experience in:

  • Applying change management methodologies in a complex and agile programme environment
  • The ability to work across a range of stakeholders, with proven ability to develop effective stakeholder management strategies
  • Working with leaders to proactively encourage, support and reinforce new ways of working and cultural change to realise benefits
  • Assessing people readiness as part of overall business readiness
