Job description

Our client is seeking a Change and Transition Manager for 6 month contract role, starting 1 August!

They require someone with good knowledge of service change management, readiness plan, procedure development and communications.

This is on a ServiceNow programme and will require communication management with senior stakeholders and excellent writing skills.

Deliverables include:

  • Create a Change Plan and a IR Readiness Plan
  • Manage requests for changes on technology refresh
  • Change Impact Assesment
  • Procedure development - Identifying standard operating procedures
  • Complete the documentation of a Service Transition Plan - Define roles and responsibilities
  • Identify Risk and Issues
  • Training Planning
