Our client in the public sector is seeking a Change Analyst for a contract role through to December 2019!

To be successful for this role you will need to demonstrate the following experience:

• Experience in business process analysis;
• Experience in the development of organisational change impact assessments and working alongside a change manager/team to translate these into meaningful change plans;
• Practical experience working with business groups to develop and implement change;
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify themes, draw conclusions and the ability to present and communicate large amounts of information to enable effective decision making;
• Proven ability and comfort with influencing and persuading business stakeholders;
• Proven change analyst experience
