New Zealand is in the middle of a construction boom, and we find ourselves struggling to find workers across all trades to meet the demand. With an ambitious large-scale 10-year residential building programme now underway, New Zealand needs skilled workers across a number of sectors, so even if you are not a Carpenter, don't hesitate to visit the International page on the Tradestaff NZ website to submit an EOI if you have skills to offer.

We require Carpenters/Builders/Joiners from all backgrounds that include, but are not limited to :-

  • Commercial and Civil
  • Shuttering joinery (including steel-tying)
  • Framing,
  • 1st, 2nd and final fix
  • Roofing timbers/roofing joinery/wall framing

    Ideally, you will be or have:-

    • 5+ years' experience & Trade Qualification
    • Your own tools
    • 2 work references
    • 100% commitment to Health & Safety
    • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
