  • Solid experience and well-rounded skills in all aspects of building - from foundations to finishing.
  • Work to a fair time frame with great communication plus - expect the same in return.
  • Your own "tested and tagged" tools with reliable transportation would be an advantage.
  • A strong appreciation and understanding of Health and Safety with a genuine desire to see everyone go home safe at the end of the day.
  • Site safe or construct safe certification would be ideal but not always essential.
  • Solid references from people happy to feedback from previous jobs .
