Our client, one of New Zealand's leading construction companies, is currently looking for a carentry leading hand to work on a commercial fit out. This role will be night shift.

The ideal candidate requires the following:

• Carpentry Qualification
• Relevant "hands on" leading hand experience - you will be expected to get on the tools and lead by example
• Experience in commercial construction from set out to fit out
• Management of trades and sub-contractors on-site
• Personable, great attitude and highly driven
• Strong eye for detail
• Good communication skills
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Highly motivated and keen to develop your career
• Be able to facilitate compliance with H and S
