Bay of Plenty Region -Adecco New Zealand is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Carpenters and Hammerhands to join our ever growing Civil and Construction team across New Zealand. There are a variety of Construction sites managed by Adecco's clients for assignment-based roles.

Role Description:

We are currently looking for experienced carpenters and hammer hands for on-going work around the Bay of Plenty Region. The role will include form work, framing, dry wall fixing, roofing, cladding and more. This is a great opportunity to not only enjoy a change in job, but also work in a great team environment. Health & Safety is a key priority for us, and you will need a good knowledge, understanding and proven application of Health & Safety practices. Salary will be based on experience for this role.

About you:

Be comfortable with reading plans, blueprints, and sketches

Taking measurements, calculating, and planning material requirements

You will take pride in the quality of your work

You will have a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills

You must have reliable transport.

Be flexible as projects sites may change

Benefits:

Competitive rates of pay Min $29.66 - $34 depending on experience

Permanent and full-time role with good working hours with a minimum of 30 hours paid per week
