Te Rūnanga o Kirikiriroa is a kaupapa Māori organisation based on a whānau first, tikanga based, wellbeing approach. Our organisation works to a model of care centered around our four 'pou' (guiding principles) of manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, arohatanga and rangatiratanga.

These values are integral to our practice and service. We deliver 30+ health and social services across the life span (i.e. from infants to the elderly) and have a team of over 100 people working across Hamilton city and beyond.

We have an Assets Caretaker full time position (one year fixed term) available within our Operations Assets Team. This is primarily a Monday to Friday role working 40 hours a week and on occasions you may be required to work the weekends.

We are seeking an Assets Caretaker who:

• Pride themselves on a whānau first, tikanga based, wellbeing approach
• Is passionate about caring for the environment and materials used
• Is respectful and upholds the integrity/dignity of the organisation
• Has knowledge in the following areas; health and safety, asset compliance, building experience, maintenance and grounds keeping.

  Specific Requirements:

  • Fully Covid-19 vaccinated and boosted, and can show evidence
  • Have a full drivers license
  • Have a trade or trade related qualification
