Job description
Award winning and leading the industry across many sectors, we are on the lookout for a new team member in our Christchurch Branch. This is an entry role in the recruitment industry.
The Candidate Manager role is busy and varied! Duties include but are not limited to:
* Supporting the Recruitment consultants with candidate screening, registrations, interviews, reference checks, compliance and general admin duties
* Candidate file management
* Weekly payroll duties – data entry
* Managing general enquiries from candidates and sometimes clients
* PPE stock management & arranging industry training days
* Managing compliance paperwork including ACC and MOJ checks, and pre-employment drug testing
* General reception, switchboard and office duties
The successful candidate must:
* Have minimum 18 months proven experience from a administrative or office-based role
* Be highly organised, and have attention to detail
* Possess excellent customer service skills
* Be calm by nature yet able to handle the fast pace environment in our industry
* Be well presented, be a team player and be very reliable
* Have exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
* Have a clean criminal conviction report, be drug free and have a current driver’s licence
* Have motivation to grow within our company
This is a dynamic, and sometimes busy environment where no two days are the same. You will be working in a high performing and team orientated branch and only self-motivated, team players will thrive in this environment. Previous office admin experience is crucial and we cannot consider candidates that do not possess the above required skills and experience.
