Job description

In this inbound contact centre role you will be responsible on a daily basis for ensuring KPI's are met, clients are looked after and providing exceptional service.

We are seeking reliable, self-motivated people. Someone who is ready to make our customer's and client's day, every day. Adaptable to a wide range of systems and processes, and to a wide variety of customer inquiries.

  • Multitasking between calls / emails daily
  • Be prepared to start as soon as possible
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Previous inbound/ outbound call centre experience
