In this inbound contact centre role you will be responsible on a daily basis for ensuring KPI's are met, clients are looked after and providing exceptional service.
We are seeking reliable, self-motivated people. Someone who is ready to make our customer's and client's day, every day. Adaptable to a wide range of systems and processes, and to a wide variety of customer inquiries.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that are looking for a new and exciting position.
The role is for 3+months, therefore we are looking for people who can commit to at least 4+ months, as there maybe possibilities for an extension of this assignment or opportunities for the right person to go temp-perm.
